Sierra has been practicing psychotherapy since 2013. She obtained a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Frostburg State University in Frostburg, Maryland.
Sierra is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She specializes in the treatment of anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, adjustment-related difficulties, trauma recovery, and challenges specific to members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Her therapy style is individualized and eclectic, with an emphasis on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy.
Sierra resides in Metro Detroit with her wife and their three fur-babies. In her free time she enjoys reading, baking, (attempting) yoga, and playing her clarinet in the local community band.
